Weekly & Bi-Weekly Watch Visits
Our weekly and bi-weekly home watch visits are designed to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away.
During each visit, we perform a full interior and exterior check of your home, walking the property, ensuring all doors and windows are secure, and looking for any signs of damage, leaks, pests, or unusual activity. Inside, we check your A/C and thermostat, run water through sinks and toilets, and monitor humidity and overall conditions to help prevent issues before they start. We’ll also bring in mail or packages and keep things looking lived-in if requested.
After each visit, you can choose to receive a detailed update with photos and notes, or a simple check-in message—whichever fits your preference. And of course, if anything ever needs your attention, you’ll always be notified right away. We truly treat every home like it’s our own so you can relax, wherever you are!

Same detailed checks with less frequent visits. Ideal for part-time residents who still want reliable oversight.
